Here we were contracted to:
Design three luxury apartments, two with full disability access. Maximise coastal views from all apartments and provide a minimum of three car spaces per apartment. Design to create a tropical holiday resort atmosphere including large indoor outdoor living areas. Provide for a unique and memorable holiday experience.

By angling and stepping the apartments we ensured each apartment gained water views, prevented internal and external overviewing and provided four car spaces each. Viewing decks were incorporated into the roof spaces within the seven meter height control. The resultant design achieved more than our client's expectations.

By designing the apartments and landscaping we were able to incorporate features like substantial timber posts, complimenting large rocks and a warm tropical colour pallet to create the ideal holiday resort. Two apartments provide ramps, oversized doors and hallways, lift and special needs bathroom catering for full wheelchair accessibility.
